State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP)

If you make less than 200% of the poverty level, your child might qualify for free health insurance.  So a family of 4 would need to make less than $44,100 to qualify for SCHIP (see chart)

Parents can shop for (and pay for) an Ohio individual health insurance plan by visiting the following sites but their kids may qualify for free coverage through the SCHIP program;
